New Community Website
The new community website is up and running. Please take a look at www.homecrestmhc.com. If you would like to sign up for the resident area please feel free to send us an email including your name, address and email address, and we will issue you a username and password.
Monthly Drawing
In January we will be starting a monthly raffle for those of you who pay your rent by the 5th of the month. On the 6th of the month, everyone who has paid their rent on time gets entered into the drawing. The winner gets a $35.00 credit towards the next months rent.
Maintaining Your Site
For the new year we are starting a new program. Each month on the 3rd Thursday of the month we will bejudging all the yards in the park and awarding one yard the title of the Nicest Yard for the month. The winner will get a $25.00 credit off their next months rent. We will also place a sign in your yard so everyone in the park will know that you won and we will feature pictures of your yard in the next months newsletter.
